Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.
2. Event Registrations
Fees for events, workshops, and networking sessions are also non-refundable. In case of event cancellations by MIDCCA, members will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days.
3. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as: Duplicate payments due to system errors. Incorrect membership category selection, provided MIDCCA is informed within 48 hours of payment.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. MIDCCA is not responsible for bank delays or transaction failures.
5. Membership Cancellations
If a member decides to cancel their membership, no refund or transfer of fees will be allowed. Membership benefits remain valid until the expiration date unless otherwise stated.
